Absolute Golf Services Co., Ltd is a leading provider of management and consultancy services to Golf and leisure facilities in Asia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, well connected person in the Thailand golf industry to expand our business portfolio into the region.


Job Overview

Reporting and providing proactive support to the Group Operations Director and functionally to the Managing Director. The prime responsibility of the role is to develop the sales strategy and execution plan, in order to lead to securing golf club management, consultancy and pre-opening contracts, whilst actively developing the other business interests of AGS

Job Description

  • Accurately represent Company and associated companies to all present and potential clients

  • Identifying and developing relationships with potential new clients and the Company

  • Support all sales matters to the company and associated companies

  • Providing detailed feedback and market intelligence

  • Gathering and analyzing information, reporting on any market trend(s) and business expansion opportunities

Qualifications and Competencies


  • 5 years’ minimum experience in golf and/or hospitality industry in Thailand

  • Experienced in sales and marketing activities

  • Strong experience in proactive sales activities that have yielded good success

  • Sound financial and business understanding with a proven track record for securing contracts though targeted business development activities


Desired Attributes

  • Extensive connections within the golf industry, but not limited to, financial, hospitality, real estate

  • Proven track record of securing business deals in commercial sectors

  • Strong understanding of third-party business management

  • Strong relationship building, negotiating skills and problem solving

  • Highly Independent, driven and results oriented

  • Highly motivated, a great team player whilst able to work alone effectively 

  • Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational, project management and analytical skills

  • Excellent client / management presentation skills

  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels


Language Skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English are essential

  • Southeast Asian languages proficiency is a plus

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels


Computer Literacy

  • Advance skills for Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
