AGS is looking for an experienced General Manager to take on a key leadership role across AGS-managed clubs.​

​

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide executive level oversight and leadership to General Managers at managed properties 

• Drive financial performance, operational excellence, and brand standards 

• Implement global best practices while respecting local business environments and cultures 

• Collaborate with ownership groups and stakeholders to build long-term strategic plans 

• Conduct regular site visits to mentor teams, ensure standards are met and exceeded 

• Lead initiatives to improve service delivery, colleague development, and guest satisfaction 

• Support expansion efforts and integration of new properties into our management portfolio 

 

Ideal Candidate 

• 10+ years leadership in golf club and hospitality management roles 

• Experience overseeing multi-property or international operations 

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a hands-on, adaptable approach 

• Demonstrated success in P&L ownership and delivering bottom-line results 

• Culturally aware, globally minded, and an effective communicator 

• A driven leader that will go the extra mile, committed to personal and business growth, not afraid to push operational boundaries to achieve excellence
