Absolute Golf Services Co., Ltd is a leading provider of management and consultancy services to Golf and leisure facilities in Asia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, Administration & HR Manager.


Job Overview

Reporting and providing proactive support to the Managing Director. The primary responsibility of the role is to deliver the effective management of all related Administration and Human Resources work with the corporate office, along with supporting venues under management or consultancy to ensure the development of administration and HR operations. Additionally being involved with the other business interests of AGS. This role has great growth potential for a dedicated and driven individual.



Admin Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing stationary and all office supply as well as monitor and control cost expenses.

  • Maintain the filing system for all documents and correspondence including hard copies and electronic system

  • Arrange weekly Management Meeting and issue minutes if any

  • Handle in the preparation of presentations and documents for meetings

  • Keep updated records of company registration, tax certificates, shareholders list and all documents required by law

  • Responsible for the overall company and office administration functions and day to day operations, Petty cash, Internal & external coordination and general administrative support to all departments

  • All travel, hotel and meeting arrangements for Managing Director and senior management team

  • Handle supplier contract management

  • Ensure all accounts are properly reconciled in bank accounts, VAT and withholding tax, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and petty cash

  • Act as personal assistant to Managing Director and providing support as requested


HR Responsibilities

  • Recruitment activities

  • HRM - Payroll transaction, leave record, time attendance and employee’s benefit

  • All colleagues have updated employment contracts & PAs

  • Staff appraisals annually

  • Handling general administration; Visa, Work permit, Company Party & Recreation Activities 

  • Medical insurance & schemes

  • New staff introduction & training





  • 3 years minimum experience in administration or secretarial field

  • Experienced in basic accounting and finance

  • Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English are essential

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Advance skills for Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Thai nationality or Thai resident only (No visa & work permit provided)
