Absolute Golf Services Co., Ltd is a leading provider of management and consultancy services to Golf and Sports Clubs in Asia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, well connected in the Vietnam golf industry to expand our business portfolio into the region.


Job Overview

Reporting and providing proactive support to the Group Operations Director and functionally to the Managing Director. The prime responsibility of the role is to develop the sales strategy and execution plan, in order to lead to securing golf club management and pre-opening contract for AGS.

Job Description

  • Identifying and developing relationships with potential new clients

  • Providing detailed feedback and market intelligence

  • Gathering and analyzing information, reporting on any market trend(s) and business expansion opportunities

Qualification and Competency


  • 5 years’ minimum experience in golf and/or hospitality industry in Vietnam

  • Experienced in sales and marketing

  • Sound financial and business understanding with a proven track record for achieving targets


Desired Attributes

  • Extensive connection in golf industry, but not limited to, financial, hospitality, real estate

  • Proven track record of securing business deals in commercial sectors

  • Strong understanding of third party business management

  • Strong relationship building and negotiating skills

  • Highly Independent, driven and results oriented

  • Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational, project management and analytical skills

  • Excellent client / management presentation skills

  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels


Language Skills

  • Native Vietnamese speaker

  • Fluent in written and spoken English are essential

  • Ability to communicate effectively


Computer Literacy

  • Advance skills for Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
