Absolute Golf Services Co., Ltd is a leading provider of management and consultancy services to the Golf & Leisure industry. We are currently seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Manager to join our latest facility in Lao Cai, Vietnam.

Job Overview

 

Seeking an experienced Head of Food & Beverage to lead our F&B operations, focusing on exemplary guest experience, high standards, profitability and staff development, especially as we approach our clubhouse opening. 

​

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage all F&B operations, ensuring efficient, profitable operations. 

• Develop and manage F&B standards, policies, and procedures. 

• Oversee budget management, cost control, and financial reporting. 

• Maintain high sanitation and safety standards. 

• Lead and support F&B team through training and resource provision. 

• Be front of house and lead by example to motivate and inspire the F&B team. 

• ​

Job Profile and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 

• Minimum 3 years of executive-level experience in F&B, preferably in international hotels. 

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and creative skills. 

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken. 

• Proven ability in driving results, and people management.
