Absolute Golf Services Co., Ltd is a leading provider of management and consultancy services to Golf and Sports Clubs in Asia. We are currently seeking for a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our growing team in Thailand.


Job Overview


We are currently seeking experienced and high performing manager, with Food & Beverage and hospitality background, who will be responsible for overseeing the clubs overall F&B service operation ensuring that the club deliver exceptional guest service and experience from an F&B standpoint, whilst leading and developing the service team as individuals and as a team.  Analysing department performance from all parameters to drive revenues, whilst working with the kitchen team to develop menus and special promotions. 

This position requires the successful candidate to be fluent in both written and spoken Thai and Business level of communication English language.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high F&B standards, quality presentation, service and products and sanitation standards

  • Able to execute menu planning and engineering as required

  • Able to understand and analyse the impact that menu choice has on productivity and profitability

  • Understand and able to display proper and safe use of all equipment

  • Thorough knowledge of all Kitchens Area

  • Developing departmental marketing & action plans and promotional concepts

  • Understanding and experienced in monitoring and controlling departmental costs

  • Able to analyse financial information and prepare budget and outlet goals

  • Manage food & beverage costs according to budge

  • Stock control and reports analysis to develop sufficient control stock holding

  • Lead the team in guest interaction, responding appropriately to guest needs during hours of operation

  • Knowledge of food trends and special seasonal foods

  • Able to assess quality control and adherence to service standards

  • Able to clearly define productivity standards with quality requirements and methods needed to obtain them



  • 4-year college degree preferred and at least 3 years of experience as Food and Beverage Manager preferably in the golf/fundraising/hospitality/service industries, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong result oriented, people management, and leadership skills

  • Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Strong in English communication skill, and computer literate 

  • Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work

  • Excellent customer service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction required

  • Relevant food hygiene/health and safety licencing qualifications; food handlers permit desired

  • Solid time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills; ability to work independently

  • Strong leadership and people skills, plus the ability to build and foster a team environment desired

  • Highly motivated to deliver service excellence and ensure every guest has a memorable experience
