Absolute Golf Services Co., Ltd is a leading provider of management and consultancy services to the Golf & Leisure industry. We are currently seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our latest facility in Lao Cai, Vietnam.

Basic Function: 

Responsible for accurate financial reporting and managing the golf course financial operations. 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Oversee accounting operations and financial statement preparations. 

• Manage monthly P&L reviews and financial reporting. 

• Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes. 

• Ensure timely reconciliation of assets and liabilities. 

• Monitor cash management and optimize cash flow. 

• Supervise bank reconciliations and manage credit and collections. 

• Coordinate and oversee financial audits. 

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures and ensure legal compliance in all areas of the business. 

• Maintain effective inter-departmental communication. 

 

Job Profile and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory accounting role. 

• Strong leadership and managerial skills. 

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
