Absolute Golf Services Co., Ltd is a leading provider of management and consultancy services to the Golf & Leisure industry. We are currently seeking for a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our growing team in Thailand.


Job Overview

The role is to oversee the management and further development of the golf club under AGS's management, reporting to AGS’s Managing Director, delivering exceptional guest experience and financial success of the golf club.

This role would suit a high performing manager, he/she must have a proven track record for delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction from a service perspective, be an engaging host, poses a sound understanding of agronomy, whilst a strong grasp of F&B operations. Having overall responsibility for all aspects of the operation including member, guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation.

A strong manager of people, that will be seen as an inspiration by their colleagues, a motivator for each department to achieve the best of the best and deliver a memorable experience

This position requires the successful candidate to be fluent in both written and spoken English. Thai language speaking being a distinct advantage.

Job Description

  • Deliver the highest level of presentation in all areas, both guest facing and back of house

  • Ensure the club is upheld at all times and the facility continually strives for excellence in all areas

  • Engage with members and guests, both formally and informally to identify feedback and understand areas for facility improvement whilst maximising the membership experience 

  • Prepare the Annual Operation Plan and once approved, deliver the results

  • Initiate and present opportunities for events, both golf and F&B; lead the marketing of the golf club, providing quarterly plans for new revenue growth

  • Direct the monthly golf club action plan, monitor and analyze results

  • Lead the weekly management meeting and relay relevant information to employees

  • Manage Employees scheduling to ensure availability of responsible employees during operating hours

  • Present monthly reports to AGS’s Managing Director and ownership 

  • Develop, adapt and implement Standard Operating Procedure for all functions, as required

  • Represent the facility as an ambassador and spokesperson for all golf club related external communication

  • Manage external service providers and their contracts effectively

  • Achieve a satisfactory compromise between political pressures and the interest of golf club

Qualification and Competency


  • 5 years minimum experience in managing golf club in Southeast Asia

  • Poses a strong understanding of a membership-based golf club & resort operations
