Absolute Golf Services Co., Ltd is a leading provider of management and consultancy services to Golf and Sports Clubs in Asia. We are currently seeking for a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our growing team in Thailand.

 

Job Overview

The role is to oversee the retail and operations of Thana City Country Club pro shop, reporting to Thana City Country Club's Director of Golf, delivering exceptional guest experience and continued financial success of the golf pro shop.

This role would suit a high performing manager, with retail and hospitality background to manage the golf pro shop operations & retail / reservation / other golf club activities related to the pro shop and etc., whilst a sound understanding of golf or sports retail would be a distinct advantage. 

A strong understanding of people and leadership, that will be seen as an inspiration by their colleagues, a motivator for pro shop team to achieve the best of the best and deliver a Wow experience.

This position requires the successful candidate to be fluent in both written and spoken Thai and Business level of communication English language.


Job Description​​

  • Manages Merchandising Operations of an organization

  • Develops objectives and processes to implement merchandising initiatives which include coordinating associated departments

  • Planning budget needs and monitoring the company- s merchandising system

  • Reviews and evaluates customer demand and sales trends, generates reports, analyzes financial performance, determines where to place products for sale

  • Supervises subordinate staff, provides corresponding trainings

  • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget

  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments


Qualification and Competency

  • Thai Nationality

  • Bachelor degree

Experiences

  • Working Experience in Management level at least 5 years and a successful track record as Retail Manager/ Executive Assistant Manager at leading retail brand or golf course

Skills
