Absolute Golf Services Co., Ltd is a leading provider of management and consultancy services to Golf and leisure facilities in Asia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, Marketing & Administration Executive.

 

Job Overview

Reporting and providing proactive support to the Marketing & Administration Executive. The primary responsibility of the role is to support and maintain marketing and administrative related matters within the corporate office operations, along with supporting venues under management or consultancy to ensure the development of marketing activities, whilst actively being involved with the other business interests of AGS. This role has great growth potential for a dedicated and driven individual.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing material, including company information, brochures, gifts and souvenirs

• Create and Design content marketing for promoting on social media and events

• Keeping updates and reports the market performance and market information

• Keep up to date with all administrative tasks and follow up with related tasks within required timelines

• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support and information

• Researching market activities and competitors and recommending new opportunities

• Prepare reports by collating, and summarising information

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management as part or a dedicated and engaged team

 

Qualifications

 

• 1 – 3 years minimum experience in marketing and business operation field

• Strong administrative skills

• Experienced in golf course or leisure industries

• Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English are essential

• Advance skills for Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, relationship building and negotiating skills

• Detail oriented with strong planning, organisational and analytical skills

• Self-motivated, driven, performs well under pressure and results oriented
