Job Overview

Oversees and implements all allocated sales and marketing activities for Absolute Golf Services and our clients. Be proactive concerning initiatives affecting all Golf marketing, public relations and related activities, ensure the highest quality and standard of positive publicity is generated to supplement both sales and marketing directions. Responsible for generating maximum publicity, press coverage and driving demand for all properties and prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts.


To collect and analyse information on behalf of company including consumer opinions, who and where our customers/clients, what motivates them to buy as well as statistic and market environment data that are related to hospitality industry to enable the company to make up to date political, business, market opportunities, social and economic decisions.  

Support marketing activities and distribution i.e., B2B/B2C newsletters which will be sent out from corporate office to create brand awareness, providing online analytics reports for regional and property level as well as maintaining a good database that will be used for the corporate marketing purposes.


Providing assistance in communications with property level in both print and online to be aligned with each club. Responsible for supporting corporate office and properties under management on all marketing aspects to achieve financial goals

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce and execute marketing strategy, which include communication plan, activities plan, marketing material inventory and budget.

  • To liaise with Marcom Manager and AGS managed clubs’ team to manage all marketing activities relating to the concept, production and execution of marketing and promotional collateral to support golf, food & beverage and S&M.

  • Work with appropriate departments to identify marketing opportunities and to develop the relevant support platforms in terms of collateral, promotions, production and public relations to help drive added awareness and demand.

  • To write and edit marketing content for social media, press release, as well as external communication and all news releases in English.

  • To set up and manage social media for each property.

  • To update property promotion and information in social media as well as creating news/campaigns and build more fan for the property.

  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts which follow company brand identities.

  • Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.

  • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.

  • Preparing monthly reports and activities as required.

  • To occasions help obtain market intelligence regarding a specifically assigned competitor hotel and their selling/ marketing strategies, new facilities etc.

  • Assist in development, implementation, and promotion of programmes and/or special events to increase food and beverage and events revenue.

  • Produce and maintain accurate research reports on all destinations that company has properties under management and potential destinations that company can develop new business.

  • Develop and grow database of potential business development influencers.

  • Support and or produce properties under management in producing their marketing plans, together with monitoring of  implementation of those plans.

  • Support AGS Managing Director, Director of Golf and team members as assigned tasks.

Qualification and Competency Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 5 years minimum experience in hospitality marketing field.

  • Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English are essential.

  • Advance English copywriting for marketing skill (social media content, PR and required copywriting materials) are essential.

  • Advance skills for Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Moderate skills in graphic design related programmes by Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Lightroom, Premier and PDF) at the level that can manage required tasks or manage the assigned team member on the tasks.

  • Strong communication skill, interpersonal skill, relationship building and negotiating skills.
