Absolute Golf Services Co., Ltd is a leading provider of management and consultancy services to Golf and leisure facilities in Asia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, Marketing & Operations Manager.


Job Overview

Reporting and providing proactive support to the Group Operations Director and functionally to the Managing Director. The prime responsibility of the role is to develop Marketing & Operations within the corporate office operations along with venues under management or consultancy to ensure development of service excellence and operational efficiencies, whilst actively developing the other business interests of AGS. 


Marketing Responsibilities

  • Produce, implement and oversee marketing standards and operational procedures for the company.

  • Produce and execute marketing strategies, including communication, activities planning and associated budgets.

  • Support the marketing operations of any new business venture developed by head office.

  • Produce and maintain accurate reports on all businesses and potential destinations that the company can develop or has the potential to develop new business opportunities.

  • Develop and grow database of all potential business avenues.

  • Support operational businesses with; marketing plans, together with the monitoring of the implementation of strategies and plans.

  • Generate and support the sales of new and existing business opportunities / activities.

  • Support Group Operations Director & Managing Director and key executives with additional tasks as assigned.


Operational Responsibilities

  • Produce, implement and oversee standard operating procedures, including rules & regulations, orientations, Job descriptions and sales strategies, along with supporting creation of operational standard operating procedures as required.

  • Support executives of managed properties and properties under consultancy on their operational strategic planning.

  • Produce and maintain accurate analysis reports on business operations, including but not limited to operational performance, competitor set analysis, in addition to understanding market trends and developing strategies derived from analysis.

  • Support corporate office and personnel of managed properties and properties under consultancy, including hiring, supervision, development, training, following AGS operational best practices.



  • 5 years minimum experience in marketing and business operation field

  • Experienced in golf course and sports club management

  • Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English are essential

  • Advance skills for Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Strong communication skill, interpersonal skill, financial acumen, relationship building and negotiating skills

  • Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational and analytical skills

  • Highly Independent, driven, performs well under pressure and results oriented
